While you definitely pay a premium for what is one of the cheapest supplements on the market (creatine monohydrate), kre-alkalyn is the only version that potentially provides the same benefits without the classic bloating. Personally I find it works well and doesn't result in any gastrointestinal issues, so worth it.
You can’t go wrong with Now Foods products. I’ve taken all types of creatine and this version by far is the best. The package is convenient and there is no bad taste. No nasty stomach aches and going to the restroom or “pre loading creatine”. With this it’s easy you take it the first day and it works. I highly recommend getting this!
I've been using NOW Foods Sports Kre-Alkalyn Creatine capsules and am impressed with their quality and effectiveness. Each serving provides 1,500 mg of buffered creatine monohydrate, known for enhancing muscle strength, improving exercise performance, and supporting muscle growth. The ingredients are straightforward, aligning well with my dietary preferences. The package contains 120 capsules, a convenient size that offers a sufficient supply for my fitness regimen. Incorporating this supplement into my daily routine has been seamless, and I appreciate the preventive health benefits it offers. The cost is reasonable for the quality and quantity provided. Overall, I'm satisfied with this addition to my wellness regimen.
Creatine, creatine everywhere. Real reviews, real person. If you want to try buffered creatine - NOW capsules is as easy as it gets. No taste, no bloat, no nonsense. You know quality is there for less $/serving than the more hyped brands with no dyes, colors, or added flavors. This buffered creatine has multiple studies and patented to prove its worth and is a go-to for me. I will add that I believe there is a little water-weight gain in line with monohydrate that I don't think HCL did so - depending what you are after. I like a little water addition to muscle as I find it provides extra lubrication for gym movements and a comfortable fullness to my frame. Either way - creatine is proven to help. Try this one vs some others and enjoy your workouts! In iron and peace, THE PROTEIN JUNKIE
Good alternative to regular creatine powders. Capsules are easy to take and very practical for daily use. The formula is simple and the bottle size offers great value. Reliable quality from NOW Foods and fits well into a consistent training routine.
Creatine has become a steady staple in my training. I started with 5 grams daily, mixed in water or juice, and noticed quicker recovery after lifting sessions. Gains in strength feel tangible over a few weeks, especially during high-intensity sets. My workouts feel more explosive and I recover between sets faster. Water retention is noticeable, especially in the early weeks, giving a slightly fuller look.
Thank you very much for this product, it suited me, I like the packaging, comfortable and stylish, I will order more of these products, and recommend them to all my friends and relatives! good!!
This is one of IHerb’s best creatine supplements. It lasts longer because of the concentration and the quality. I am thinking of using the auto ship so I never run out.
Superb guality and great taste. I use it daily in my diet. There is no synthetic smell. It is really beneficial if you are on a diet. Highly recommended!
