This is my first month using it and It helped me with my bad mood and apathy that I normally have 10 days before my period and during my period. You almost instantly feel the effects of calm and freshness in the body. Since I am taking other herbs like turmeric, holy basil and raspberry leaf on those days, I only took a dose of 3 capsules a day when I was feeling in a bad mood and it helped me a lot. This is the only thing that helps me with hot flushes. This works very well and quite quickly. I take 3 capsules per day although they recommended dose of 3 twice a day. But it works for me for now. Good quality product. I highly recommend it!
Love the ingredients in this. I’m trying to naturally regulate my hormones and stress levels and the ingredients in this are recommended for aiding in that. I have only been taking for about a week, but I’m hopeful that I will start seeing the benefits soon (though with anything this may take time).
