Tastes good. 1 gum contains 1g of xylithol which is plenty. No pointless sugar or extra calories. Quite a big pack with the 550 pieces. It lasts even longer because I go after frequency with xylithol and even a half piece is enough that way. (some gums have 0.5g in a whole piece anyways). Smells good, tastes pretty much like a good chewing gum. The taste doesn't last that long but I just get another one after the next meal.

I haven’t been able to chew on many since they were secretly stolen from me from my mother. She loves gum. The texture of these are firm but not enough to hurt your jaw. The flavor also lasted longer than I expected based on some previous reviews. They last longer than your average gum. As for improvement on oral health it did have a decent impact on fresh breath. Definitely would buy again.
