Dose is tricky, you have to squirt cream size of a dime. Other than that no complaints this stuff works. Benefits you feel more energetic, and skin is proof its working internally as well. NO smell not sticky absorbs quick. Ingredients are quality with Life Flow. Easy to want more, but don't over do.
I like that this moisturizer has no scent. I am not sure if it benefitted or affected my blood levels but it felt nice on my skin. I did feel a little better while using this. Absorbs well when used on damp, freshly cleansed skin. The Large size tube is a very good bargain for the cost.

This is a good product if you are certain that you need this type of estrogen. The amount is good and it does seem to help me sleep. I’ve never had problems with hot flashes so I can’t comment on that if you’re suffering from them. I like the tube because I can dispense the amount I want which is less than called for sometimes.

After a life long of estrogen dominance, perimenopause hit hard. I like the size of this one and please use a pea size, trust me, i ended up with cherry angiomaS after using a tsp. It does help with menopause symptoms but i am wary of applying it next to estrogen sensitive tissues. Follow instructions.
