Smooth texture, easy to take straight or mixed into a smoothie. Dark glass bottle should keep it stable once opened. Would repurchase.

The manufacturer has really great reputation for high quality omega 3s, and according to the literature this is one of the best formulations, especially for the cognitive function. It does taste a little bit fishy (i cant really tell since i don't mind the taste of fish oil at all), but it is very mild and has a lemony aftertaste. I'll be ordering more. Not the cheapest, but really good price to quality ratio.
the ONLY thing I wish was different is the drip after pouring results in a goopy area at the top of the bottle after it's about half used. Great product!
The quality and ingredients of this Omega-3 supplement are excellent, and it’s clearly made from high-grade fish oil with added vitamin D for extra benefit. The package is well-sealed and convenient, but the taste and smell are honestly awful. My kids couldn’t tolerate it at all—the lemon flavor doesn’t hide the fishy aftertaste, and giving it feels like a punishment. While it may support heart health, hair, and cholesterol levels, it’s not suitable for children who are sensitive to strong tastes or smells.
