I felt an immediate difference, and after 3 weeks, my overall health has improved, I have more energy, and some skin conditions have cleared up as a bonus! No hard to swallow pills make it pleasant to go down. I find the taste good and mix it with water.

This is an outstanding listing of ingredients in the liquid daily package! Who even I never knew there was so many things that could be so helpful. The taste is a bit too sweet for me but the effects are fine. I use a shot glass which gives me 2 tablespoons and drink up. I did read on the instructions that two times a day is fine to take as well. The quality is known. The product comes in several sizes. I have most recently purchased the 32 oz, but this little one was on sale.

This is my favorite multivitamin. I’ve used it for years. It tastes great to me. I add it to my daily custom nutrition drink, enriching the flavor. I’m 71 and seem to be quite healthy. I don’t know if it’s the product, but it fits my criteria for a healthy multivitamin supplement—liquid for better absorption, high potency, made from real foods, broad spectrum ingredients and coverage. One bottle lasts a month. I like to order two bottles and get free shipping when good savings codes are available.

I enjoyed taking this vitamin as well. The taste was tropical with a slight bitter aftertaste for me but I drank orange juice after to get rid of the taste. Quality was good it had a full bottle. I shake them up before pouring. The ingredients were good as well. I liked each serving of minerals and vitamins compared the list to other liquid multivitamins on the market.
