Love that these kind of rubs helps with a lot of different things, from respiratory symptoms to lower a fever, helping with sinus pain/congestion, or even with muscle pain or any kind of swelling. Good to always have this on hand. Just another wonderful product from this brand. Great composition/ingredients and a ton of benefits!
Very strong scent. Good alternative to Vics vapor rub with no petroleum in this product. Very strong and will burn around your nose so be careful when placing in that location. Very soothing!
Very soothing to my aching lower back. I also like Dr. Christopher's Cayenne ointment for back pain, but you no longer carry it. What a shame!
i like the scent , i use it for hard breathing, feeling not good apply rub on chest smell it give really good feeling, good composition, i will keep it one of my first aid at home .
It smells very good, I use it for vaporizations, I used to use the nose oinment but this one has one less ingredient. Delighted with the new purchase.
I used this for a severely bruised arm and fractured shoulder. As a result of wearing a sling, I also developed migraines from the pull of the sling. This was very helpful for all of it.
I like most of Dr. Christopher’s products. This has a good scent. I use it when I do my exercises in the morning or take an evening walk. It makes me feel good once I’m finished exercising. The packaging and the sizing is good. It is sealed very good so that it will not melt when shipped in hot weather like I’m experiencing now. The benefit of relieving pain is a what I need and calming down the muscles is a huge advantage. I do recommend this product.

Work very well for osteoarthritis in my mom's knees. Use on top of complete tissue & bone rub. Nice scent and instantly feel warm once apply. Give great benefit when she uses frequently, it twice a day and very effective reducing the pain. High quality product. Value for money!
