Bit surprised but doesn't really have a noticeable effect or benefit. I expected a lot more especially from polygala. I notice nothing for motivation or drive. The rest of this product is ok. Ingredient seem ok, no additives. dosage is good in 3 smaller capsules. no real taste noticeable trough the capsules.

Too strong for some people. I felt really overstimulated, unable to focus and dizzy after taking 1 capsule. This peaked after an hour but subsided after 2 hours. From the reviews the product appears to work really well for most people. Take just 1 cap if trying for the first time, before increasing to the recommended dose.
