Good brand and the tablets works but they are a bit large though make I find having a mouthful of water helps to swallow it. I take one tablet only every day before bed as I have read that taking these type of supplements before bed is better absorbed plus I take a lot of supplements so I do have the space amount throughout the day and I quite like taking this one at bedtime. 🥱 ✨💕

I love the bottle that they come in and the fast results they produce; however, I have a very hard time swallowing the pills, and they can cause a stomachache on an empty stomach. They are worth the discomfort though as my hair and nails have never been so healthy. Loved the product. Saw results!
