Pearl Shen, 100 Vegetarian Capsules

I've only tried it once so far, but it worked. It felt very much like an herbal muscle relaxer. I wouldn't dare take it in the morning, but it was pleasant to take before bed. However, I'm a little nervous about taking it too often after reading about the complications people have had with he Shou wu.
