I love this product because every other psyllium husk fiber supplement I’ve found locally has orange flavor added. Gross! This product has no flavor, which is perfect because I mix this into my smoothies every morning for a nutritious start to my day! Adding the psyllium husk does two things: 1) it helps fill me up and keeps me feeling full until lunchtime, and 2) keeps me regular! I’ve been buying it for several months now, and I’ll keep buying this product for my family as it’s a great product and a really good value.

My husband and I have been taking this for years to get more soluble fiber into our diet. Unlike other products of this kind, it has no added ingredients which is a plus. I have high cholesterol and I feel this has helped keep that under control. We both take it first thing in the morning, it doesn't have much of a taste which is nice.

The capsules are high quality odorless, and size is easy to swallow. I have been buying them fot the first time. I take them with Relora to feel more benefit. My dosage is one per day. I do not recommend taking these pills on an empty stomach, as they can irritate it. My mood is more consistent and less reaction to the stress.

Psyllium husks are groce but that's not the fault of this product. I've found ways of sneaking them into shakes without noticing, because the health benefits are worth it.
