I haven't used any NSAIDs in over 6 years, but I wanted to try Nature's Way Willow Bark because it didn't have any fillers. I took two Willow Bark capsules and within 20 minutes my right knee tendon pain disappeared. I was truly surprised as I could feel the pain dissipate.
I bought this as an alternative to all the ibuprofin I was taking for sciatica pain. I didn't want to be in danger of damaging my organs. My sciatica pain is now gone but I still keep this on hand for other general pain. I feel good about the natural ingredients. When I took one, it seemed fast acting. The capsules are not too large if you have trouble swallowing pills.

I had read that willow bark is great for headaches so this was the first one that I bought and wow does it work! At the first sign of a headache that I know could turn into a migraine, I take two of these and it slowly fades away. I am happy to have found a pain reliever that wasn't created in a lab! I have chronic joint pain and I wanted to find a way to relieve pain without taxing my organs so much. I think it gives its contemporaries a run for their money. Would recommend to anyone searching for more natural pain relief.
