Vitex Fruit, 400 mg, 100 Vegan Capsules

Even the smallest stress affects my menstrual cycle in a negative way. After trying many different supplements (under doctor’s control) I realised that Vitex works best for me. In short, it helps balance estrogen and progesterone levels (especially when progesterone is comparably low). I was taking it every morning, except the days when I’m on my period. Vitex is my absolute favorite supplement I truly love it. I take only one capsule at night. It’s really important to find the right dosage. In the past, I used to take two capsules in the morning and two at night, and that had a negative impact on my mood. This happened because Vitex lowers prolactin levels, and too much can upset the natural balance. With the proper dosage, however, it’s been useful addition to my routine. The size of the capsules is convenient. The quality of the brand is excellent.

Looks good. It has an organic smell as expected since it’s a fruit products. The size is normal. I heard it’s really good health and menstrual support. I look forward to see all the benefits. Also, it’s very affordable and completely vegan according to the description on the bottle.

The bottle is a good size (100 vegan capsules) and feels practical for keeping on hand. The dosage is clear — 400 mg of vitex fruit per capsule — and the ingredient list is pretty clean, which I appreciate. The capsules are easy to take, with no strange taste or aftertaste. I’m using it with the hope of supporting my diet and some “women’s health” aspects, but it’s still early so I can’t say exactly how much benefit I’ve felt yet.

i like the quality and size ,its easy to swallow, and the dosage is minimal too and no after taste ,the benefits are tremendous. As a nigerian i hardly give review but for this i highly recommend and i also like that only major ingredient was vitex which is great
