Oil of Oregano, 120 Liquid Phyto-Caps® (230 mg per Capsule)

Coughs, cold, sore-throat, flu, skin infection begone in 3 - 4 days! Great to take with you when travelling should you catch a bug or infection. I wish I knew about this gold of a herb when I caught a lung infection in Dublin. Could have saved me 100 euros for a house-visit doctor to listen to my congested lungs (in less than 5 minutes!) and prescribed synthetic anti-biotics that destroys your liver. A staple in my mini-pharmacy cabinet.

I ordered this after hearing of all the positive reviews. I have not taken any yet but have heard if you get sick with a cold or flu to try this before any antibiotic, I had a bad gut reaction after taking two rounds of antibiotics last year, so ordered this just in case someone in my house gets sick. I like having it on 'stand by'....

This "Oregano Oil" product is an excellent addition to my health regimen! The liquid vegetarian capsules are easy to swallow and contain high-quality oregano oil, making it effective for supporting immunity and overall health. Ingredients: Pure oregano oil, packed in liquid vegetarian capsules. Size: The bottle contains 60 capsules, which is a suitable quantity and lasts a long time. Dosage: The recommended dosage is one capsule daily, making it easy to use. Benefits: I’ve noticed an improvement in my immunity and overall health after regular use, especially during cold and flu season. The packaging was secure and reflects the product’s quality. I’m extremely happy with this purchase and highly recommend it to anyone looking for natural and effective health support. Thank you to the store for providing such a high-quality product!

I’ve been using this for a while now and am quite satisfied with the quality and results. The ingredients are clean, and the product meets my expectations. It’s a great addition to my routine, easy to use, and well-packaged. I appreciate iHerb’s efficient shipping and competitive pricing. Will definitely consider repurchasing! I’ve noticed positive effects since taking this. The dosage is convenient, and I trust the brand’s quality. Highly recommended.

Natural antibiotic. This is great if you are not fond of the very strong oil itself as is sold in a dropper bottle in most health food stores. I use this as an immune maintenance supplement along with Pau d'arco, which is a natural antibiotic capable of fighting virus. Unlike pharmaceutical prescription antibiotics which can not. And add Standardized Olive Leaf Extract as well. If you happen to come down with a cold or the flu, that triple combo, Pau d'arco,(Standardized = which means the active constituents in the herb are all that is capsulized so that you get the full potency of that particular herb or herb combination), Standardized Olive Leaf Extract and Oil of Oregano, adding Zinc as a tissue cleanser, will help you recover far faster than other people you know who are fighting the same thing and not using these supplements. I've used these combo's to boost my immune system (Taking them 4 days a week, leaving three days without taking them so the body can absorb the nutrients. This is a typical regimen for herb supplements. Keyword, "supplement". They're to supplement the nutritional deficits you're experiencing. Not to replace them.), for years. And I've not had a cold or the flu for longer than I can remember.

Gaia is a reputable brand. Oregano oil is strong and can irritate the gut. It may help some people with bloating related to suspected bacterial overgrowth or “gut flora imbalance. For short use. I would recommend to avoid oregano oil if your tummy problem is burning, acidity, reflux, gastritis, ulcer symptoms, nausea, or upper abdominal pain, because it can make irritation worse.

I’ve really come to like this supplement and have repurchased it because I genuinely feel it supports my overall wellness when I need an extra immune and respiratory boost. The scent and strength feel balanced and the liquid caps are easy to take. This is one of those go‑to supplements for me - reliable, well‑formulated, and something I’m happy to keep in my routine.

This product has amazing formula, small size pills, easy to ingest. Potent dosage but great potency.

A potent supplement that feels clean and high quality. Works well during seasonal changes and is easy to take.
