I am taking this, because I have many food intolerances in my diet and therefore digestive problems. I believe is good quality because I notice the benefits in my stool after two weeks, I took one before and I give me diarrhea, it is known that this can be a side effect of this supplement

The size of them are pretty big tablets! I am glad that they have it in tablets instead of capsules! Do not let it sit in your tongue however because they do not taste the best! It’s not horrible but not pleasant either. I can’t attest if they help with the stomach lining yet though because I haven’t had a follow up but I’m hoping for the best ! Package came near and unharmed!

i have a very sensitive stomach , and this supplement really did wonders , i take one on empty stomach , not only good for gut health but also muscle recovery ,so for gym people it's good

It helps a little with my digestive health. the pills are to big and not sure if it's dissolving in my stomache all it takes a while to dissolve.
