Very good. Been taking for 20 yrs. with no problems! However, my neurologist just advised that the 500 mg of B6 was too high. He said too much B6 could make my mild neuropathy worse. I hate that so much because can’t find any as good as these but for the high B6. Otherwise, the are great!
Initially, this is one of those purchases that is easy to get along with. The presentation is simple, the instructions are clear, and using it doesn't feel like a chore. For me, convenience is part of quality, and this has been convenient. Nothing stood out in a negative way, and that is honestly a good thing for an everyday product. I'd consider ordering it again.
Honestly, this is a pretty solid multivitamin for women and it feels like a well-rounded, high-quality daily formula. I used it mainly as a basic nutritional backup, just to cover common gaps like B vitamins, vitamin D, magnesium, zinc, and trace minerals without having to overthink diet all the time. Capsules are a bit on the higher daily count, but still easy enough to take with food. For me the effects were mild but noticeable. Energy felt a bit more stable over time and overall well-being was slightly better, but nothing dramatic or instantly obvious day to day. It’s basically a comprehensive “foundation” multivitamin rather than something you feel working directly, and it’s designed more for long-term consistency and general support than quick results.
