Burt's Bees has been my go-to mascara for years but recently the remainder in the tube turns weird after only a week or two, clumpy and separated. Tried this and so far so good. No smudging (as long as you powder lids & undereye) or flaking through a long work day, and no irritation. On a 1-10 scale from barely there to very obvious, I'd say this is about a 6, which is perfect for office/daytime. Tip: It won't hold a curl well if you try to do one thick coat. Fine if you do two very light coats with drying time in between.
My eyes are sensitive so I need a mascara that will not irritate my eyes. This one seems to do the trick. Also, my lashes don't break off and have a chance to get longer.
It really separates the lashes, there’s not a clump in sight with this. Looks very natural, it’s a pretty black color, it enhances your natural lashes and lengthens them a little BUT it does give you raccoon eyes if the weather is humid. The composition is great, really good quality ingredients.
