I didn't notice any side effects or anything, and the tablets are nice n small. I just don't take them anymore because I now use a prenatal multivitamin that contains sufficient D3.

grwat quality ingredients, wonderful package size and price, in that dosage i was looking for a softgel and not the other bigger harder to swallow pills. so it worked great for me. it has no taste and gives out the same effect for vitamin d deficiency.
