The quality is good, the ingredients are good, and the taste is sweet. I take three tablets daily. The size is good, the packaging is nice. I didn't see any benefit. I'm one month old. It's a dietary supplement, and I won't try it again. It's sweet. The serving size is 3. I repeat the dosage once. There was a slight improvement.
