Some subtle benefits
I take these for estrogen dominance & adenomyosis, which translates to mild-moderate day-to-day pain, and HORRIBLE pain around 'that' time of the month. PROS: Since taking these, I've noticed a subtle-yet-discernable change in overall pain. It's not 'less' pain, per se, but rather a 'less edgy' type pain. To me, this is an improvement, one I'm hoping will get better with time. CONS: price of these is pretty steep compared to other CDG supplements, so remains to be seen if I'll stick with this.
