I just started taking this B complex. So time will tell. I always struggle with B complexes because it just seems to make the urine very yellow and most of it gets flushed out. So I am not sure what the mechanism of action really is with B vitamin absorption when taken as a supplement.
An excellent complex. I take it once every six months. Good results.
