This remedy tasted pretty good to me it actually has sea salt in it! I took it around my cycle and I definitely felt like my cycle was lighter and easier to deal with. I ran out so I’ll have to try this remedy again
I found the Yarrow Environmental Solution to have a very strong taste and it felt quite intense in my stomach at first. However, despite that, I noticed a good effect after using it consistently. The quality and ingredients seem natural and well chosen, and the dosage size is convenient. Overall, while the taste and stomach sensation might be a bit much for some, the benefits make it worth trying.
I have been using it for years, it helps a lot if you are an empath and tend to take on other people's emotions.
