We just received it and will use it soon. Their tapioca flour is the best tasting one around so we are happy to try it. The price is a little higher but it has 20 0z and not 16oz as another brand. It has to be organic.

Good for my flour blends
I am not actually gluten-free, but when I bake, I like to do a blend of a few different flowers, I always include oat, but it's hard to find organic! I appreciate this
