While this alone won't dramatically change your skin, considering it's seaweed with a fruit flavor, it's nice that you can eat it on its own compared to wakame or mekabu. I eat about two spoonfuls a day. At room temperature it's quite runny, but when refrigerated it becomes slightly softer than jelly. You can barely taste the seaweed, but if you're concerned about the taste, you might want to eat it chilled.
