I take a lot of Vitamatic vitamins, and just now I bought the new B complex. I liked it right away; it has a lot of ingredients and contains active forms of vitamins (methylcobalamin, methylfolate). This makes it easier to absorb. I take these vitamins for good nervous system function and energy. I've noticeably increased energy levels and less fatigue. The packaging is very large, enough for the whole family. The results are noticeable. My hair and skin have also improved.

It's a good complex, and it contains folic acid and niacin, everything you need.
