I am not sure why it is so difficult to get Vitamin D & Vitamin K together. That is the way they each should be taken - as they work together. I am happy with this product although in the hot & warm season as we are out in the sun a lesser quantity of Vitamin D is needed. Thank you for this product!

Really happy with this supplement. I have a hard time swallowing capsules, so I was pleasantly surprised by how small and easy to swallow these softgels are. The 200 mcg of K2 is a great dose, higher than the 90–120 mcg in most other D3+K2 supplements on the market. 10/10 would recommend this if you’re looking for a well-sized & well-dosed D3 + K2 combo.

The product is excellent in dosages that suit the upper daily limit, especially with K2.
This is an excellent product for taking Vitamin D, but the dosage is disappointing. Due to supply issues, the 1000 IU version was out of stock, so I purchased this product, but generally, 1000 IU is required.
