Vitamin D3 + K2, 60 Vegan Capsules

I don’t know whether it does the job but this combo is what I’m looking for. The fact that it is vegan, and by Dr Murray is a plus!!

tablet size is medium, manageable to swallow. ideal that it's vit d + k2 together.

I was happy to find a dosage of D3/K2 that matched my separate pill regimen. I know Dr. M has good quality and the price was more than reasonable. So far so good. I am hoping it is helping my dual issues of osteoporosis and heart disease. Time will only tell.

Vitamin D3 5,000 IU and vitamin K2 180 mcg is a very good combination. This dose is the best for me in winter.
