I chose this product based on its ingredients, which are fairly pure and free of unnecessary additives. There are no synthetics or dyes. The tablets are small and easy to swallow. Unfortunately, they didn't help me at all. Bloating can be caused by many factors, and it's not always due to low fiber intake, as is commonly believed. Therefore, each case needs to be considered individually.
