Don't know if it really works, but I'm giving it a chance to prove itself. Dosage: One patch before bed. Good quality. Affordable size for the amount of patches.
I have trouble falling asleep. I applied it before going to bed. It might have been a coincidence, but I didn't sleep as well as usual, so I'm afraid to use it again.
