I have only been using these patches for a few days, so I can’t say anything about efficacy of ingredients. But they are very well made, very comfortable to wear, and are a good size to be worn discreetly in the inner arm or so. They do not leave any residue on the skin upon removal. There is no smell and I did not suffer from any adverse reactions. My only gripe is that I wish they came in a resealable airtight ziplock package, because I live in a humid climate.
