I started taking vitamin k a few years ago after reading it is a necessary supplement to push calcium into your bones. This product is one of the best!
too small pills. amount is ok but i doubt if it has enough from the ingredients

these are great theyre similar to the vit d capsules. I can tell I've ingested one as I feel tired after as I feel my body has to get used to the supplement for a couple weeks
