excellent brand. works great. take it every morning before meal, works better they say on empty stomach. I trust this brand completely & trust Iherb for orders. iherb is solid & always delivered on time & have so many options to choose from.
I cannot tell if this is "working" as I have only been taking it for about a month. I already have a lot of energy generally. I have heard people get upset stomach from NMN, but this supplement has not. So far, I have no complaints. Everyone tells me I look 35 (I am 52), so I want to continue to do things, including taking NMN, to help support not only how I look, but mostly how I feel. I feel 25!
The quality is great and the ingredients is what it says it is the size of the bottle is what it shows there is no misconception i now my moms finger nails never grew since my mom has been taking NMN my moms nails started growing and she feels better witch is good she's almost 70 so if she can live to be a 100 or longer that would be fantastic.
