Quality I would assume it's good at this price and brand. Ingredients are legit but do note that the meat is very minimal. Taste has to be good at baby loves it. We add to oatmeal or rice and it encourages our child to finish the food.. The size is okay, most other products are also this size. You may use a few per meal. Don't be surprised.
