Advanced, L-Theanine Features Suntheanine®, 100 mg, 60 Capsules

An excellent way to stop fretting over trivial matters. It provides a feeling of mild indifference and emotional stability, but without sluggishness. Thoughts remain clear, and background panic simply disappears.

I have family members that have a hard time breakdown adrenaline from the day. They take 2 of these at night and it helps them prepare for sleep. Vitacost brand is my favorite.

I have been using L-theanine for approximately 7 years . I have used many various brands and doses. I have found this L-theanine to be an excellent product both in quality and affordability. The dosage is adequate for those stressful days when a person needs something to “take the edge off”. I have also found that the ingredients are pure with no additives. I love that the green tea leaves not only help with stress and focus but are also an excellent antioxidant protecting overall health. I will definitely be purchasing again.

I’ve used many forms of L-theanine but have found that this brand is superior both in quality and cost. The ingredients are clean with no added ingredients.

Lower mg but still effective. Helps with anxiety. It reduces the jitters from caffeine.

This product is definitely very good quality and it has proven effective and very short order. It does have a calming effect and especially if you take it in the evening, it makes you very sleepy if you need help falling asleep.

Advanced promotes a sense of calm and supports mental focus. 100% authentic nutritional supplement!

This has helped relax tense jaw muscles, in conjunction with stretching and massage. Started on a smaller dose 100mg/2x a day, and eventually doubled it before noticing any difference.

Vitacost, Geavanceerde L-theanine-formule met Suntheanine of good quality, quickly absorbed, keeps muscles toned and strengthened, gives a lot of energy
