The quality is there because it is Old Bay but the flavor is off putting to me. It was used once and sits in the back of my cabinet. Saw it there when cleaning out old spices today and decided to try again with some shrimp. Eh. I suppose one would have to truly enjoy lemon and herb seasoning.
I've used this for many years. I don't cook as much these days so I liked having the option of this smaller sized can. It's the perfect blend for my seafood chowders, and added to a crust for breading fish.
