I enjoyed every flavor in this pack! Its hard to choose a favorite. I enjoyed the taste of the bars and that it gave me just enough caffeine to boost my energy for work. Good size bar with quality ingredients. I highly recommend it.

I didn’t like how sweet these are. The texture is somewhere between sticky and dry, with crunchy bits inside. In terms of energy benefits, I didn’t notice any significant difference compared to regular carb-rich bars.

There are 8 bars in total. These are nut bars, not protein bars. The ingredients are very clean. They come in two flavors, both taste good. They're a great snack to eat anytime when you're hungry, and they're not high in calories. The packaging is excellent, and the quality is high. They're perfect for a workout to boost energy, and suitable for people with Hashimoto's purpura. They're gluten-free.
The banana bread ones are super yummy. The caffeine hit is decent. Quality ingredients.
