In the past I used to buy a more expensive brand of Oregano oil. I decided to try the more affordable Vitacost brand, and I am very pleased with it......it is just as potent and high quality.

I've never used oregano oil but after hearing so many rave reviews about how great it is in so many beneficial ways, I knew I had to purchase it in time for the cold and flu season. The taste is very potent oregano, do not exceed the recommended 4 drop dosage otherwise it can burn if not mixed with water if using orally. Ideal size with just two ingredients.
Good size and dosage. Great ingredients but its very spicy, you cant just put a drop in your mouth. Hope it hepls in winter season.
