This is a really great cream. I'm so glad it's available on iHerb. It's incredibly moisturizing, doesn't stick, and restores the skin's barrier.

I have dry skin and use tret and azeliac acid combo so I’ve been using Atopalm MLE line for years now and wanted to try it’s no essential oils sister. The soothing cream is light weight in texture, but still rich and moisturizing. The finish is soft and airy not heavy or sticky. Seems more suitable for dry skin in the summer.

Bought this for my toddler periofacial dermatitis, after a month I can see significant difference on her face. It cleared up the rashes with medication. Good for humid hot summer. Moisturizing enough and not thick, not greasy, absorb well after a while. No fragrance non irritating.
