Pine Bark Extract, 100 mg, 200 Capsules

My 16-year-old son and I (both diagnosed with ADHD about four years ago) take a capsule more or less daily during the week to be more focused, present, and efficient. I clearly notice that I'm more efficient and procrastinate significantly less, which is very valuable to me. As a result, I'm much less stressed and experience a greater sense of ease. My son doesn't notice any real difference. However, since he's at least a head taller and heavier than me, it makes sense for him to take 150mg in the morning. I'm very impressed with the quality, the fast delivery, but most of all by the enormous yet subtle effect.

Had this product a few years back but that website was way too expensive for international parcels. I think the quality should be the same and it is part of my daily maintenance routine.
