I have neuropathy in my hands. I drop things all the time and hands would curl up. I would cry from the pain, My doctor suggested I take Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA). Since I started taking ALA years ago my hands are about 80% pain free. I still drop things. I am not crying from the pain anymore. Yeah!
