This is a great anti-inflammatory supplement. Important for boswellia to be 5 lokin-akba for best efficacy and this is a great price compared to a few others. Combined with curcumin, this really helps my inflammatory condition. I have to take it twice a day for best effect.
I think it slowly helps to reduce the pain in my shoulder. The capsules are easy to swallow and I did not experience any adverse effects.
