Arrived well packaged and works well meets criteria for bread baking

I started purchasing Vitacost brown rice flour about a year ago, I was previously using Bob Mills for several years . I'm quite pleased with vitacost, it's a fine texture, has a great taste. You receive more ounces than Bob meals, so it's a better value.

I have been using this flour many years. It is high quality, and easy to blend to make flour recipes. The texture is finely grounded. I highly recommend
