I’ve found this lutein supplement to be very helpful with my dry eyes. I take it regularly along with zinc, and since starting this combination, I hardly need to use eye drops anymore. The product also seems to be very good quality. Very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

I decided to try this brand of Lutein and Zeaxanthin to benefit and improve my eyes and vision. While the price and amount of soft gels are good, some ingredients could be improved. I'd like to see better lipids than safflower oil used in this product.
Lutein helps your eyes if you have macular degeneration. My dr has put me on this.

Lutein is really helpful for me since I need to work in front of a monitor for a good portion of the day. This supports my eyes from becoming overly dry and my vision focuses faster with a higher dose lutein. YMMV. God bless you.
