Using this for the anti tumor benefits, and I can also take it at night. Quality is fine and I like that the ingredients don't keep me awake. the size is easy to manage and adds the benefits of green tea to my life in the summer when it's difficult to drink tea.

This is another one of those hard-to-find products. I should have known that Vitacost would have it, and at much cheaper price than anywhere else. I trust Vitacost products ingredients to be safe, effective, and high quality. I pair this product with NOW Cholesterol Pro instead of taking a statin.
