I finished the bottle but did not notice any clear benefits or visible results. The extract also feels very generic, with no clear indication of a recognized or well-known grape seed extract used in the formula. Overall, disappointing despite the low price.

I find that 400 mg is too potent and gives me too much energy but 200 mg is the perfect dosage for me to get benefits without getting any adverse effects. Small and easy to swallow. It doesn't say French grapes so I am not sure how good it is. I have since read that all studies were done on French grape seeds. I do feel more energy but i also started 2 other supplements. My blood pressure also dropped but that is most likely from the peppermint oil. Who knows. The price was good and they seem fresh
