Excellent working collagen type II for joints!
I bought this collagen from Vitacost for joint support. The main advantage is the 40 mg dose per capsule, which is an excellent dosage. The capsules are tiny and easy to swallow. You only need to take it once a day, which is much more convenient than huge spoons of powder. After about three weeks of taking it, the crunching in my knees noticeably decreased and the morning stiffness disappeared. My gastrointestinal tract responded well, with no discomfort. The bottle contains 30 capsules—a neat month-long course. An excellent, effective product at a good price; I'll be buying more!
