My cholesterol went down after using it for 6 months. Easy to take and inexpensive compared to other brands. My doctor is very pleased. Great quality. Good ingredients. I like the vitacost brand. After a blood test, I found out my cholesterol was too high. I don't want to take Western medicine, so I'm trying this to see how it goes. I'm noticing the expiration date is approaching. I'm taking one tablet daily, and I haven't felt any particular discomfort. I'll see how the blood test results go later. 🙏
Seeing some good reviews, so bought to try, but inquired AI turned out to be taking certain drugs turned out not to take, so after buying are put there has not tried .... Sigh
This one works, but you have to be realistic about it. It barely helped bring my cholesterol numbers down a bit, and I felt less “heavy” after meals. The added CoQ10 is a smart touch because red yeast rice can sometimes make you feel low‑energy without it. The only downside the tablets are a bit chalky and you need to stay consistent for weeks before noticing anything. It’s helpful , just not a miracle pill, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5
