The quality is excellent, I take it in the morning on an empty stomach along with zinc citrate and elm bark, the benefits are immediately noticeable, much more effective than Zinc Carnosine. Soothes the stomach mucosa. I recommend it. I will order more. The capsule size is normal. The advantage is a powerful remedy compared to others. The taste is neutral. The package contains 90 capsules, lasts for three months.

This is probably one of the higher quality carnosine supplements available at a tempting price.

I used to take Nutricost L-Carnosine, but I decided to order this for a try. Since it's in capsules, it's convenient, and the price per gram is slightly cheaper. However, the powder inside the capsules isn't as pure white as the Nutricost powder. I still have a lot of Nutricost left, so I don't need to order any more this year, but I think I will hesitate a bit about which one to order next time. I'm not sure if the ingredients or efficacy are better just because the color is whiter, though.

I'm taking these capsules for eye health, my eyes are a getting a little better all the time, love them and so easy to take.

Good quality, ingredients, and size. Good protein. Antioxidant action combats aging and improves muscle performance and skin health. I really liked the supplement and recommend it.

I can't say i've really seen a difference, but it could just be my nervous system. Anyway, I did not have any adverse reactions.

I take this for general anti-aging/longevity/antiglycation purposes. 1000 mg would be a decent amount, I take only 500 mg because I have so many other supplements. Vitacost has good quality and value.
