I did some research and found rose hips to be a good source of Vitamin C. So I decided to try this rose hips. It seems to be high quality and made from good ingredients in a good sized bottle. The dosage is decent. Worth a try.

Rose hips are the highest in vitamin C content, and since the body barely stores vitamin C, I take it daily as part of a corticosteroid cocktail to support my adrenal glands. It strengthens the immune system, reduces fatigue, improves appetite, increases collagen production, and strengthens blood vessels. At the first sign of a cold, I take vitamin C + NAC, and it clears up within a couple of days. The quality and ingredients are excellent, the capsules are small, and the packaging is good. I highly recommend it.
