I'm a person that lives with lactose intolerance. At 56 years old, I've tried many different Lactase Enzymes and some were better than others. This is an excellent supplement if you have problems digesting dairy. Taking it with dairy foods has greatly reduced the digestive symptoms I used to get when I had milk and other dairy products. The 100 mg dose makes me feel secure that all the lactose I consume when I take it is digested.
I bought it because of the claimed strength. however, it is not third party tested and no expiration date printed on the bottle.
